Working of the Impact Crusher:

When the materials enter the field of the hammer, it is impacted by the hammers, thrown onto the impact plate, and crushed. The stuff springs from the impact plate, is impacted by the hammers again, and thrown onto impact plate. This process will last until the stuff meets the requirement and falls from the machine. Adjusting the distance between impact frame and rotor frame can change the shape and size of the output.

When some foreign stuff enters the machine, the impact frame will fallback, the stuff falls from the machine. This device can prevent machine from damages.

Operating principle OF the Impact Crusher

The Impact Crusher Machine rotor revolves in fixed direction by means of driving action of triangle belt that connects with motor. Above rotor, there are two sets of suspended impact plate. Material enters into rotor through charging hole and feeding guide plate. The plate hammer fixed on rotor strikes onto impact plate and then fall from it to mutually shock material blocks that are successively delivered upward by rotor. Therefore, material block will be moved recurrently and repeatedly in the crushing chamber that is composed of rotor, impact plate, guide plate and chain curtain, by means of which intense shock phenomenon will come into being, and the material block will be crushed along its natural crack or concave and bulge.
